Hi fellow artists, Over the years, Henry Yan (author of the book “Henry Yan‘s Figure Drawing - Techniques and Tips) has received many requests from people who would like to attend one of his figure drawing workshops.

As of January 2010, Henry Yan will be running several week-long workshops in San Francisco; and he will also be establishing a regular, weekend series of workshop classes which will launch in November of this year in San Francisco.

These workshops and weekend classes will focus on helping students develop the knowledge, skills and techniques that he wrote about in his book and have taught for two decades to his students at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. He welcomes beginners to advanced students and will provide demos from live models as well as individual instruction while students work on their drawings.
